The verbatim compliance with rules and regulations at your end will ensure upbringing of your child to desired standards of mutual interest;
We earnestly recommend parents and guardians to look into their ward’s school almanac everyday and see that the lesson, homework, etc. assigned to the students for the day is done (by the child only) with due justice.
The child should be encouraged to cultivate neatness. Remarks put down in the almanac should be seen and countersigned regularly. If you feel that your ward is not making the desired progress, please feel free to call in or call on School Reception/Principal on any working day post school hours (as scheduled) only and not at any other instance of time to avoid experiencing any disappointment, thereby.
Students will not be allowed to go home during school hours. Parents are requested not to make any social engagement or medical appointment during school hours, to the best possible extent, purely in the interest of their ward.
In case of any spread of contagious disease in your surrounding or home, please intimate us about the same, at once and please do not send your ward to the school till the infection period is over, in the best interest of other children of the school.
As the Medium of instruction in the school is ‘English’, certain length of regular conversation in English at home is solicited that will surely help the students in their studies and functional growth as well.
Parents and students are not allowed to make any telephonic/internet communication and/or visit residence(s) of the school staff, Principal and Management except in case of dire emergency or inevitable circumstances that too on prior intimation to school and appointment with the concerned.
In case, for unforeseen reason(s)/circumstance(s) the parents need to withdraw the child from the school, A 3 MONTH ADVANCE INTIMATION (IN BLACK&WHITE) will only help the proceeding to initiate; otherwise fee dues for next quarter shall be liable to be paid.
The caution deposit (if any) will be refunded in the month of April (next year) only after receiving ‘No dues certificate’ from all concerned department(s) of the school.
